All items at Unmuted Printing Co. are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and produce each piece specifically for you.

Because of this, orders move through two stages:

• Production – Your item is printed and prepared for shipment
• Transit – Your order is handed to the carrier and delivered to you

Production Time

• Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days
• During periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer
• Once your order is produced, it ships immediately

Shipping Methods

We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after production

• Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier conditions, and customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local government
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price
• Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
• We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply

• We will work with the carrier to locate your package or determine next steps
