Returns & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to report any issue. To start a claim, contact returns@unmutedprinting.co with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please note: items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Custom or made-to-order items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure about sizing or product details before ordering, we’re happy to help.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies due to a defect or error, we will replace it.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Because items are made to order, customers are responsible for return shipping in these cases.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank.
